Each Ridge Wallet, KeyCase, Pen, Phone Case, Curb Chain, and Curb Bracelet purchased on or after October 14th, 2025 from Ridge official websites, Ridge official Amazon listings, or other Ridge authorized retail partners is covered by the Ridge Built for Life Warranty. The program covers defects in materials and workmanship, loss, theft, damage from normal wear and tear, and accidental damage. This Built for Life Warranty applies in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Processing fees are required for all full replacements and are subject to change at Ridge's discretion. The fee in effect at the time you submit your claim will apply regardless of when you purchased your item.
Depending on the product and reason for the warranty claim, warranty customers may be given the choice between receiving repair parts or a full replacement item.

Replacement Terms
Customers may receive up to two full replacements through the Built for Life Program.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To be eligible for a replacement under this warranty, you must submit a claim through the warranty claim process at ridge.com. See the Submit a Warranty Claim section at the top of this page for claim links and gift recipient instructions. If you purchased your Covered Item(s) from a Ridge authorized retailer or partner, proof of purchase may be required for lost or stolen replacements. You may also be required to provide photographs of the claimed damage.
Once a claim is submitted, Ridge will evaluate the information provided. If approved, Ridge will provide replacement parts or a full replacement as outlined in the Warranty Limits by Product table. Processing fees apply for full replacements. If your item's style is no longer available at the time of replacement, you will be offered an alternative item of similar or reasonably equivalent style as identified by Ridge.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
The Built for Life Warranty does not cover:
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including but not limited to Facebook Marketplace and eBay
Products purchased before October 14th, 2025
Complimentary products received through promotional activities
Products with altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers, or that have been materially altered by an unauthorized third party prior to sale
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs performed after purchase
Damage caused by failure to follow product safety and care instructions
Damage from vandalism, fire, flood, or other external causes
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, including scratches, dents, and discoloration
Ridge's Right to Deny Claims
Ridge reserves the right to deny any Built for Life Warranty claim. This may occur if Ridge believes the claim to be fraudulent, if the product was purchased before October 14th, 2025, if the product is not covered by the Built for Life Warranty, or if the product was purchased from an unauthorized seller such as, but not limited to, Facebook Marketplace and eBay. Items purchased from unauthorized retailers may have been stored improperly, tampered with, or repackaged, and/or may be counterfeit or outdated versions.
Remedy Limitation: Ridge's sole obligation under this warranty is to replace defective products at Ridge's discretion. This warranty is your exclusive remedy for product defects.
Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ridge disclaims liability for damages arising from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE BUILT FOR LIFE WARRANTY ABOVE, RIDGE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridge and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from: misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modification of the product; improper use, storage, or disposal; failure to follow safety or care instructions; or loss or theft of property. Ridge's total liability for any claims related to the Covered Item shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Nothing in this document excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by a manufacturing defect.

Ridge's liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products at Ridge's discretion. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

This includes all Ridge products not covered by the Built for Life Warranty or Never Lost, Forever Fit program, as well as Ridge Wallets, KeyCases, Pens, and Phone Cases purchased before October 14th, 2025. This Standard Lifetime Warranty applies in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
The Standard Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
Products that were not manufactured by Ridge
Complimentary products received through promotional activities
Products with altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers, or that have been materially altered by an unauthorized third party prior to sale
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs performed after purchase
Lost, stolen, or disposed-of products
Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, neglect, shock, or improper use or storage
Damage caused by failure to follow product safety and care instructions
Damage from vandalism, fire, flood, or other external causes
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, including scratches, dents, and discoloration
Damage sustained outside the reasonable lifespan of the product
