Terms:

Each Ridge Wallet, KeyCase, Pen, and Phone Case is covered by the Ridge Built for Life Warranty. The program covers defects in materials and workmanship, loss, theft, damage from normal wear and tear, and accidental damage.

A processing fee is required for all replacements. These processing fees are subject to change at the discretion of Ridge. The processing fees are listed in the table below. The current processing fees at the time you submit your item for replacement will apply regardless of the date you purchased your item.

Depending on the product and reason for the warranty claim, warranty customers may be given the choice between receiving repair parts or a full replacement item. If the original unit is no longer available at the time of replacement, customers will receive an equivalent replacement style as identified by Ridge.

Proof of purchase may be required for a lost or stolen replacement to be initiated.

Ridge reserves the right to deny any Warranty Claim. This may happen if we believe the claim to be fraudulent, if the item was purchased before the implementation of our Built for Life Warranty, if the product is not covered by our Built for Life Warranty or if the Wallet was purchased from an unauthorized seller such as, but not limited to, Facebook Marketplace and eBay.

This Warranty does not include service to items in the claim.
