Ridge warrants that all Wallets are free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure or loss of Elastic, Screws, Inner Plates, and/or Money Clip.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of wallets; scratches, dents, discoloration from wear and tear, chips and/or scrapes on the Outer Plates; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Ridge warrants that all MagSafe® Plates are free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure or loss of the MagSafe® Magnets, Strengthening Tray and/or Screws.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of Plates; scratches, dents, discoloration from wear and tear, chips and/or scrapes; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Ridge warrants that all Ridge Lite Wallets are free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure or loss of Screws, and/or Inner Plates.
Please note, that there is a replacement elastic included in the packaging, so a replacement is not covered under warranty.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of wallets; scratches, dents, discoloration from wear and tear, chips and/or scrapes on the Outer Plates; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Ridge warrants that all Biflexs™ are free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty covers stitching defects and elastic failure.
Please do not overload your Biflex™; the max capacity is 8 cards, and any elastic damage incurred from overloading your Biflex™ will not be covered.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of wallets; patina, scratches, scrapes, and/or discoloration from wear and tear; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Ridge warrants that all Bifolds are free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty covers unusual stretching, stitching defects, inner glue issues, and defects with the wallet's edge finishing.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of wallets; scratches, scrapes, and/or discoloration from wear and tear; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Ridge warrants that all Billfolds are free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty covers unusual stretching, stitching defects, inner glue issues, and defects with the wallet's edge finishing.

Ridge warrants that all Ridge Wallet Accessories are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure.
Ridge Accessories include but are not limited to: AirTag® Money Clip, Money Clip, AirTag® Cash Strap, Cash Strap, AirTag® Carbon Case, and Coin Tray.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of Accessories; cosmetic damage, damage caused by accident, rips or tears, abuse, neglect, shock, water, improper use or storage of the product, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Each purchase of a Premium or Silicone Ridge Ring Set comes with Never Lost Forever Fit Protection. This allows 2 future exchanges or replacements for the same ring in a different or same ring size. The 99-day risk-free trial does not count towards the future exchange or replacement.
Never Lost Forever Fit Protection Includes: If the Ring gets lost or stolen, If the wearer experiences a size change (return of original Ring required), If the Ring(s) are damaged or scratched from minimal daily wear and tear.
Proof of purchase may be required for a lost or stolen replacement to be initiated. The Forever Fit Never Lost Protection program does not cover abuse, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications, or repairs. After receiving a second replacement, a new purchase will be required to re-enter the Never Lost Forever Fit Protection program.
Ridge warrants that KeyCases are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure or loss of Screws, TPU Connector (i.e., Rubber bit), Clip, and/or D-Ring.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of KeyCases; cosmetic damage; damage caused by accident; abuse, neglect, shock, improper use, or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications; or repairs.
Ridge warrants that Bolt Action Pens are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure or loss of the spring, the bolt action, and/or rubber seal. Malfunctioning ink cartridges for pens purchased within 99 days may also be covered.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of Pens, cosmetic damage, damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.
Ridge warrants that Click Pens are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure or loss of the spring, the click mechanism, and/or clip. Malfunctioning ink cartridges for pens purchased within 99 days may also be covered.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of Pens, cosmetic damage, damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.
Ridge warrants that all Knives are free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure or loss of functionality.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of Knives; scratches, dents, discoloration from wear and tear, chips and/or scrapes; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Ridge warrants that all Belts are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for up to one year. Your Warranty covers defects in the Barrel Bolts and Belt Loop Stitching.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of belts; scratches, scrapes, patina, and/or discoloration from wear and tear; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Ridge warrants that all Watches are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure or loss of the pins, clasps, bezel, hands, and/or crown.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of watches, dead batteries, cosmetic damage, damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, or water, improper use or storage of the product, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Ridge warrants that all Ridge Collaborations, including the Ridge Razor by OneBlade and the Ridge Simple Modern Water Bottle, are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the life of the product.
Your Lifetime Warranty includes replacement parts in the event of failure while items are still in stock. If an item is out of stock, a replacement part or item of equal or lesser value will be sent as a replacement. Pictures of damaged products will be required.
Ridge warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of products, cosmetic damage, damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Ridge’s Lifetime Warranty does not cover personal care items. These items include the Bravo Sierra: Citrus Cedar Wood Deodorant and the Bravo Sierra: White Vetiver & Cedar Wood Hair & Body-Solid Cleanser.
Ridge warrants that all Ridge Apparel are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for up to one year.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of Apparel; damage caused by accident, rips or tears, abuse, neglect, shock, water, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Ridge warrants all Travel products, including the Carry-On, Check-In, Commuter Backpack, Luggage Tag, Packing Cubes, and Toiletry Bag, against any defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product.
Your Lifetime Warranty will include replacement parts in the event of failure or loss of the handle, interior clasps, interior pockets, luggage strap, water bottle holder, wheels, zippers, and/or zipper pull. Features vary by product and are only covered by products with applicable features.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of products; cosmetic damage; damage caused by accident; abuse, neglect, shock, improper use, or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications, repairs, vandalism, fire, flood, and/or normal wear and tear.
If your luggage has been damaged by the airline - please file a claim with the airline, as they are responsible for this damage.
Ridge warrants that Phone Cases are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include a Replacement Phone Case in the event of failure. Please note that this warranty is only applicable to the same make and model of the phone case if a replacement is warranted.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of Phone Cases; cosmetic damage; damage caused by accident; abuse, neglect, shock, improper use, or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications; or repairs.
Ridge warrants all Magnetic Power Banks against any defects in materials or workmanship for the lifespan of the product.
This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of products; cosmetic damage; damage caused by accident; abuse, neglect, shock, improper use, or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications, repairs, vandalism, fire, flood, and/or normal wear and tear.
Please note battery performance naturally declines over time, typically after 2-3 years or 300-1,000 full charge cycles, depending on usage. To extend its lifespan, avoid deep discharges, excessive heat, and storing the device at a full charge for extended periods.
We reserve the right to deny any Warranty Claim. This may happen if we believe the claim to be fraudulent, if the item was purchased before the implementation of our Lifetime Warranty, or if the Wallet was purchased from an unauthorized seller such as, but not limited to, Facebook Marketplace and eBay.
This Warranty does not include service to items in the claim.
Polycarbonate Wallets pre-date our Lifetime Warranty and came with a 1-year Limited Warranty that is no longer active.
Please note that if your Ridge product is eligible for a replacement, then your replacement will be the same color and material as your purchased product. If your product is no longer in stock, your replacement will be of a similar material and color. If no comparable replacement is available, we will work to find a suitable substitute of equal value.
For our Wallets, lost, stolen, or disposed of wallets, scratches, dents, chips, and/or scrapes on the Outer Plates; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, and improper use or storage of the product. In addition, unauthorized modifications or repairs are not covered under Warranty.
For all other Ridge Products, the warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of products; cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality; damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Wallets purchased from an unauthorized seller include, but are not limited to, Facebook Marketplace and eBay.
This Warranty does not include service to items in the claim.
The Lifetime of your Ridge product references the lifetime of the functionality. If the product is stored securely and serviced with replacement pieces covered under warranty when needed, we expect each product to last for years!
As our Lifetime Warranty is automatic with each purchase, no registration is needed to activate the Warranty. However, we recommend keeping your order information for your records to help speed up the processing of your claim.
If you purchased your item from a third-party seller such as Amazon, Nordstrom, or SCHEELS, your Warranty is still valid! Photos confirming this is an authentic Ridge product are still required.
Warranty Claims are approved or denied within 3-5 business days. This timeframe can be affected during busier seasons or if we need more information to process the claim.
If your order was a gift and you do not have the order number, please put the full name of the person who gifted the item in the order number field. Your wallet will still be covered under Warranty, and we can verify your item with a photo!
