CashBack will be ready 30 days after your initial purchase in the form of store credit on Ridge. To redeem your CashBack, please follow these simple steps:

• Check your email after making a qualifying purchase. You will receive an email with instructions for CashBack redemption and timelines.
• Wait for the approved holding period to pass.
• Utilize the CashBack during checkout via store credit.
• An email will be sent once the CashBack is available for use.
• You will have 14 days to use the CashBack store credit.

What exclusions apply for CashBack?

Currently our NFL, MLB, Collegiate Line, Personalization, Travel Line, Magnetic Power Banks, and sale items are all excluded from the CashBack promotion. If you apply a discount code or purchase a gift card, the CashBack will also be excluded.

Why is there a holding period to receive my CashBack?

The holding period is to verify no returns or refunds were made on an order prior to the CashBack being issued.

How long does it take to receive my store credit?
